Dr. Rafael Peña is the Medical Director of CMPC hospital, as well as a full practician of Ob&Gyn since 2004. He also shares a practice of General Echography.

He is a graduated physician from Centro Tecnologico del Caribe (Cetec) on 1982, and made a full training in General Echography at Hospital Vargas, Caracas, Venezuela (1986); Specialization program in Ob&Gyn at Centro Medico UCE, on 2000, and a fellowship on Ginecology Laparoscopy on 2000.
