Dr. Sierra is a well known surgeon, with full practice in Higuey City, and as consulting Specialist of our hospital, since its opening. His medical degree was completed on 1987, at Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo; he achieved a full training in General Surgery at Hospital Luis Eduardo Aybar, on 1993; a fellowship in Laparoscopy Surgery, on 1997, and a Training in Burn Reconstructive surgery. He has been invited professor of Medicine Faculty at Universidad Central del Este.

He is married with Sonia Maritza Peña, with 4 children.
He plays Saxophone, Piano, and his main Hobby is Basketball.
