Dr. Nuñez is a graduated physician from Universidad Central del Este, on 2000, and she had a full training program in Anaestesiology and Critical Care at Hospital Militar Dr. Ramon De Lara (FAD), Santo Domingo, D.R., on 2006.

Just after graduating as Anestesiologist, she started working in the CMPC hospital as an assistant anesthesiologist and Critical Care Physician (ICU).
She is married to Jose Henriquez, and they have 2 children.

She used to practice voleyball, and her hobby is reading contemporary books.
