Dr. Peña is the Medical Director of the Pathology Laboratory who render services at CMPC. He graduated from Medical School at Universidad Central del Este, on 1987; and Clinical Pathology specialty at Hospital Moscoso Puello of Santo Domingo, on 2000. He has been invited professor of Medicine at Universidad Central del Este.

He is married with Dr. Evelin Segura, and they have two sons.

He practice Jogging, and main hobby is dancing.
