Dr. Duarte is a graduated physician from Universidad Catolica Nordestana, on 1990. She made a full training program in Clinical Dermatology at Hospital Ramon de Lara, in Santo Domingo, R.D. on 1995; and a fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology at "Instituto Nacional de Dermatologia & Cirugia de la Piel" on 2000. She won a position of Assistant Dermatologist and Training professor until 2007, when she moved to our hospital in Bavaro, D.R.

Our colleage is married with Gracio Peña, and they have 3 children.
She practices Swimming, Roller blading, and Classic Dance. Her hobby is contemporary music.
