The second phase will be a major expansion which includes a new 2,780 m2 building (to be opened on December 2008), attached to the main structure in operation, to allocate a larger number of beds (up to 48 private wards more), and also an increase of the Intensive Care Unit and General Surgery areas.

This new area will also accommodate all basics services, as Kitchen, Laundry, Maintenance, Accounting, records storage, as well as staff residence. The areas left empty on the main building will be used to expand Image Department with a new X Ray unit, Mammography, a new CT Scan; expansion of the Clinical Lab, Blood Bank, and 3 new short term admission ward for emergency services.
